Supported by a next-generation, unique and integrated method (and IP rights), PerthoWuli 3D LDS (c) .

High-level (C-Suite, VP’s, Exec’s, Board Members……) executives /senior managers and their direct reports are the target audience.

It will set you apart from other traditional coaches.

Corresponds to a initial journey of + – 168 hours (48 individual/team training and 120 OJT ) highly motivating and intense while highly rewarding .

Prerequisites:

  • A proven experience of several years of effective management at a minimum level of “manager of manager”.
  • Have proven experience and / or recognized certification as a business coach or show significant skills in this area.
  • Be ready to question yourself and follow a complete course of skills development in line with the quality of the method.
The certification levels in our methods are as follows:
Senior Performance & Transformational Leadership Executive Coach
  • Only authorized and qualified to coach at the CEO or President/Chairman of the Board level
  • This requires not only demonstrating a very high level of mastery of our methods and convincing results in terms of customer satisfaction but having been ideally yourself and demonstrated experience in a role at this level (General manager, CEO or Chairman of the Board, or Exc. VP,…) or the ability to coach at this level.
  • A minimum of 3000 hours of coaching according to the method must be able to be proven at this level.
Performance & Transformational Leadership Executive Coach
  • Authorized and qualified to coach at CXO (ExCom) and board level, excluding CEOs and President/Chairman of the Board level
  • This requires not only demonstrating a high level of mastery of our methods and convincing results in terms of customer satisfaction but seeing oneself and demonstrated experience in a role at this level (CXO or Management or VP) or ability to coach at this level.
  • A minimum of 2000 hours of coaching according to the method must be able to be proven at this level
Performance & Transformational Leadership Coach Senior
  • Authorized and qualified to coach at N-1 CXO (ExCom) level
  • This requires not only demonstrating a high-level mastery of our methods and convincing results in terms of customer satisfaction but seeing oneself and demonstrated experience in a role at this level (C-Suite N-1 management level ) or the ability to coach at this level
  • A minimum of 1000 hours of coaching related to the method must be able to be proven at this level
Performance & Transformational Leadership Coach
  • Authorized and qualified to coach at all levels excluding previous levels
  • This requires not only demonstrating a mastery of our methods and convincing results in terms of customer satisfaction but seeing oneself and demonstrated experience in a basic management / leadership role (second line manager) required in our prerequisites

Each level is subject of an structured support journey by a higher level coach as well as a senior executive coach through a certification project approved by both parties and necessarily carried out through a project under the governance / control of our benchmark institution. In this context, the candidate will work temporarily in an internship concept as well.

From the PTLCS level, the coach will be able to deliver “Coach the Coach” training courses on our intranet, also remunerated either face-to-face or through our videoconferencing platform.
